Refund Policy

Today: nothing to refund
Folio is free while in beta. There is no purchase, no subscription and no card on file, so there is nothing to refund.
If a paid version ships
The terms below will apply to paid licences from that point on:
- 14-day no-questions refund. Ask within 14 days of purchase and you get the full amount back, whether or not you liked the app.
- How to ask. Email support@folioformac.com from the address used at purchase, with your order number if you have it.
- Timing. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your bank may take longer to post it.
- After a refund the licence key is deactivated. You can keep using the free features.
- Chargebacks. Please contact us first — a chargeback usually takes longer than an email.
Trials
If a trial is offered, it exists so you can decide before paying. A trial that ran out is not, by itself, grounds for a refund — but the 14-day window above applies regardless.
